JUST RELAX

You hear it often, but for you, it's almost impossible!

Your brain just never stops. It's go go go 24/7. Relax is something you've never been able to do.

Bodygrid Therapy leans into neuroscience to help you easily and comfortably regain control.

BRAIN DOMINANCE
A GLOBAL PANDEMIC

Whether it's anxiety, reflux, stress or insufficient sleep:

An over-active brain is often the root cause.

In a world where intellect, fame, and power are highly valued, our over-reliance on brain power is fast becoming a debilitating global pandemic.

With Bodygrid Therapy, you begin to access a simple, effective, and science-based solution, that gives you control.

INFORMED BY NEUROSCIENCE

Neuroscience examines how the nervous system works. This has helped thousands to regain control of their mind.

FIND THE ROOT CAUSE

Bodygrid Therapy releases trapped toxicity from the energy centres of your body.

LEAN INTO NEUROPLASTICITY

Neuroplasticity is the ability to change existing brain capabilities. Your brain can be taught how to relax.

EXPERIENCE HEALING

Regulating your nervous system, allows you to  create an environment for healing and cellular regeneration.

Areas Positively Impacted by Bodygrid Therapy

When you are under threat, your body enters into a state of fight or flight. It's your bodies natural response to danger.

There was a time, when the boundaries between feeling safe and feeling threatened were easily defined. The stress response was intense, but it was short lived. Today however, we experience such a fast paced lifestyle, that the body no longer knows when it is safe and when it is under threat. The stress response is intense and constant

This means that your body is spending more time than it should in fight or flight. The impact on your chemical and physical health is devastating. If you often say "I find it impossible to relax", then you're probably stuck in fight or flight. This is fertile ground for disease.

Take a slow deep breath. You're at the right place. We can help!

HOW MANY SESSIONS

One session can have a immediate impact.

I recommend a minimum of three (3) sessions. Energy Therapy thrives on time and repetition to truly work its magic. For chronic cases, you may need more time.

Why not complete a FULL ENERGY DETOX.

Six sessions that allow you to clear and recalibrate your four energy centres.

How Bodygrid Therapy Works

20241205191402.png

During therapy, I will place my hands gently on your spine or hover them over your energy zones to synchronize our frequencies. This is an interactive session that requires your participation.

By applying various techniques, we stimulate your brain to release hormones and chemicals based on your needs. For pain relief, hormones like oxytocin and serotonin help shift your nervous system back into a healing state. At other times, adrenaline or cortisol may be needed to help you find the courage for change.

Bodygrid Therapy (BGT) combines effective techniques such as energy transfer, wave interference, auto suggestion, neurocoding, neurotransmission, life coaching, and the underestimated power of the placebo effect (especially powerful with children).

At Bodygrid Therapy we start with a first principle:

The Human Body is an Electrical System.

This system uses chemicals and electricity to function and regulate itself. Bodygrid therapy leans into tried and trusted hands-on techniques, electronic and magnetic technologies and cutting edge advances in Neuroscience, to pioneer a new way forward in Nervous System Regulation (NSR).

After 20-plus-years of research, application and inspirational success, I know that we all have an 'optimal vibration', that works alongside us, to create the life we truly deserve.

Bodygrid Therapy reconnects you to that vibration.

You don't do Bodygrid Therapy just for good health.

You do it to clear a path. You pave the way for new opportunities. That's why you do BGT.

Welcome. I'm changing the world, one 'optimal vibration' at a time. Join me!

  • What is neuroplasticity?
Neuroplasticity, also known as neural plasticity, or brain plasticity, is the ability of neural networks in the brain to change through growth and reorganisation. It is when the brain is rewired to function in some way that differs from how it previously functioned. Neuro-coding is applied in Bodygrid Therapy to hardwire new thoughts and emotions that are aligned with healing.

  • How do I prepare for a session?
Firstly, there are no rules. These are just good-practice suggestions: Drink plenty of water before and after the session. Eat before you arrive, so that your body feels relaxed and satiated. If possible, try to have your last meal at least an hour before your session. If practical and convenient, wear loose-fitting clothing so that you feel relaxed and at ease. You will be fully clothed throughout, unless you are doing a spinal massage, which requires your back to be exposed. Don't stress about preparation. Just be you. Arrive with the expectation of experiencing deep relaxation and healing.
  • How did the 'Psch' technique originate?
Good old 'Psch'. My most effective neurocoding technique! Or as Cesar Millan might say, 'Tsch'. (Tomayto, Tomahto) Terry and I were volunteers at the SPCA in South Africa, where Terry worked with cats, and I worked with dogs. What I knew about dogs was extremely limited in those early days. So, needing to learn more, I found myself online in the company of the ever-charming Cesar Millan - whom we both grew to ABSOLUTELY LOVE. The origins of 'tsch' are beautifully explained by Cesar in the video below. So, just watch it. If you have furry friends, then visit cesarmillan.com today! You'll fall in love too! For me as a Neuro Leadership Coach, I was immediately struck by how effectively Cesar used the phrase as an ENERGY DISRUPTOR. It snaps the brain out of a hardwired instinct, to allow space for a choice that leads to a better outcome. It then dawned on me that the human brain also needs 'rules, boundaries and limitations.'. Left to its own devices, the human brain can easily create chaos. Terry and I started using the term with each other and the T somehow became a P. Uhm, or more accurately, Terry used it when she felt the urge to 'mother' me. (I had to gently remind her that I already have a mother and that she should stop competing with my real Mom). It did not take long for me to realise, from first-hand experience, what a powerful tool this was from a neurocoding perspective. And so, it stuck. The concept of using a simple cue like "Psch" to shift focus and interrupt energy patterns in both dogs and humans is fascinating. It highlights the importance of awareness and control in our behavioural responses. A concept well researched in Neuroscience. Thank you Cesar. You truly change lives! Or, is that, thank you Cesar's Mom!
  • Which are your healing hormones?
DOPAMINE Also known as the “feel-good” hormone, dopamine is a hormone and neurotransmitter that’s an important part of your brain’s reward system. Dopamine is associated with pleasurable sensations, along with learning, memory, motor system function, and more. SEROTONIN This hormone (and neurotransmitter) helps regulate your mood as well as your sleep, appetite, digestion, learning ability, and memory. OXYTOCIN Often called the “love hormone,” oxytocin is essential for childbirth, breastfeeding, and strong parent-child bonding. This hormone can also help promote trust, empathy, and bonding in relationships, and oxytocin levels generally increase with physical affection like kissing, cuddling, and sex. ENDORPHINS Endorphins are your body’s natural pain reliever, which your body produces in response to stress or discomfort. Endorphin levels also tend to increase when you engage in reward-producing activities, such as eating, working out, or having sex. Extract: Mental Healthline
  • Guidance for after your therapy?
  • Is there research that supports Bodygrid Therapy?
There are hundreds of articles published in peer-reviewed journals that explore the mechanisms of the brain by neuroscientists worldwide. The Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) is inspired by the power of science to explain phenomena not previously understood, harnessing the best of the rational mind to make advances that further our knowledge and enhance our human experience. Research is always being conducted by neuroscientists around the world to further our understanding of energy dynamics. "The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence". - Nikola Tesla
